Summer Programs Bus Registration

1. A registration form must be received by the Transportation department. Deadline for morning pick-up on June 4th is May 30.  We will start calling parents with times and stop locations starting on the 30th. Any forms received May 31-June 4th will be processed on the 4th and we will call parents as soon as possible with bus info. 

2. Methods for parent/guardian to turn in:
     a. Turn in at school, school staff scan in and email to jramirez9294@uvaldecisd.net and ggonzales7937@uvaldecisd.net
      b.  Turn in at school, school staff consolidates and calls transportation office at 333-7003, we will send someone to pick up. Can be done on daily basis if needed.
     c.  Turn in at Transportation office (open from 5:30am to 6:00pm on regular school days)
      d.  Call-in to Transportation office - We will verify identification with info from skyward, fill out form.

3.  Transportation department will fill out a shared consolidated list with bus info for the schools on google team drive. We will update throughout summer school as needed.
